Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DONE Touring — the web dashboard at advance.itsdone.global and the iOS mobile app DONE Touring(together, the “Service”) — operated by DONE. Global B.V. (“DONE”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for music industry professionals aged 17 or over. Accounts are provisioned by your workspace administrator; you do not register an account yourself in the mobile app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Service for commercial gain outside its intended use
- Use the Service to infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of the tour data, itineraries, contacts, emails, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant DONE a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Content as needed to operate the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train third-party AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share Customer Content with us, including any personal data of third parties (for example, contacts you add to an itinerary).
4. Service availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes that affect paying customers.
5. Fees
Use of the Service is governed by a separate commercial agreement between DONE and your organisation. The mobile app itself is free to download from the Apple App Store; access requires an active workspace.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by DONE and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as required to use the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if your workspace agreement ends. On termination, your right to access the Service ends and we will delete or return your Customer Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DONE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Flight times, gate assignments, and itinerary data are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate — always verify with the carrier or venue before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DONE’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (EUR 100) if no fees have been paid. DONE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the effective date above. Material changes will be notified by email or via an in-app notice.
